Hi Guys!
It's Saturday and I woke up early today!
So it's my turn to prepare breakfast for hubby! This is how I start my weekend...
Just blend all my green stuffs at the refrigerator! As I can say, what's left on my fridge, I put it all and, BLEND!!
Smoothies Ingredients :
Kiwi
Avocado,
Pakcoy,
Some soy milk,
and HONEY!
On the top:
Oats!
Chia seeds,
Granola,
Blueberries,
Orange
Tips : You can freeze the avocado, it will gives you a thicker consistency to the smoothies..
Super easy to prepare but HEALTHY yet delicious breakfast!
